LAY-BY TERMS — 3 MONTHS

• Duration: This lay-by is for 3 months from the date above. Final payment due on: 04 December 2026
• Deposit: A minimum deposit of 40% is required to start the lay-by.
• Installments: Customer agrees to pay the balance in 2 equal monthly installments on or before:
  • Installment 1: Due: 04 October 2026
  • Installment 2: Due: 04 November 2026
• Payment Method: All lay-by payments must be made to:
  Fidelity Bank
  Account Number: 2400875678116
  Branch: Ashalley Botwe
• Proof of Payment: A copy of the receipt must be sent to quadstarelectronics@gmail.com or to any of the phone numbers on the website via WhatsApp.
• Lay-by Fee: A non-refundable administration fee of GH₵200.00 applies.
• Ownership: The item remains the property of QuadStar Electronics until the full balance is paid.
• Storage: The item will be held and stored by QuadStar Electronics until full payment. No early collection.
• Default: If a payment is missed by more than 7 days, this agreement may be cancelled. 30% of cost of item of interest will be forfeited.
• Cancellation by Customer: 30% of cost of item of interest is non-refundable. Any extra payments made may be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.
• Discounts & Promotions: Discounts and promotional prices do not apply to items under lay-by consideration.
• Price: The price is locked for 3 months. If full payment is not completed, new prices will apply.
• Warranty: Standard manufacturer warranty applies from the date of final collection, not from deposit date.
• Collection: Item must be collected within 7 days of final payment. Storage fees of GH₵20/day apply after 11 December 2026.
