Returns & Refunds

We offer returns and or refunds directly in the nearest QuadStar Electronics Store within 7 days of your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return and/or refund of any kind.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders will be processed for delivery up to 1-3 working days after order confirmation, we work 6 days a week between 09:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday to Friday, and 09:00AM to 5:00PM on Saturdays.

Standard Delivery

This option guarantees delivery within 2-3 working day after an order is placed. Orders that qualify for Free Delivery will be expressly stated otherwise would be treated as Standard Delivery where you will bear the transportation cost within Accra & Tema.

Pick up at showroom (free)

You can also collect your order from any of our stores. This option is free of charge. You can pick up item same day for your order to be ready for collection. Our customer consultants would let you know when and where to pick you your order.

Please note that where it is applicable, two delivery fees may be charged, if we have to make separate journeys to deliver individual items to different location of same customer or collect payment and make the delivery.

Delivery outside Accra/Tema will be within 3-7 working days after order is placed and full payment is made. Arrangement can be made with transport operators within Accra as agreed between the you and QuadStar Electronics

Payment Options

We have made available options for easy payment to the item you purchase online, See below for our payment options. You can pay by card, use mobile money, pay cash upon delivery or even pay at the showroom when picking up your order.

1. Online Payment:

Mobile Money: You can make payment for your order using the mobile money service of your choice MTN Mobile Money or Telecel Cash.

2. Pay cash on delivery:

We accept cash payment for orders you would love to pay on delivery (Only in Accra and Tema). please select cash on delivery when checking out and inform our customer service agent when you will be available for delivery.

3. Pay on Pickup:

Pick up at your nearest QuadStar Electronics store, please select Cash on delivery when checking out and inform our customer service agent where you will pick up the order at the selected store or location favorable to both parties.
